I don't know why

I keep wishing for something that is not going to happen and that I don't want to happen. I keep wishing and I really hate wishing. I hate clinging to something that is a lost cause. I don't like giving up, but sometimes I have to, and I just can't get that. I have to stop, I have to give up, I have to forget.

wish you can forget... you really need to let go .. its' not easy .. but it will happen eventually

Here is my recipe that i am just using these days to cure the same issue:
1-Breath properly without pain
2-utter a single sentence that would make sense
3-Try to think of just one positive thought a day
4-achieve the rule of crying only once a day
5-let go
6-thinking of how you can manage to be logic
7-let go
8-trying to think straight
9-actually speak your mind in an organized matter
10-Thinking of smiling ...

I think you should start practicing instead of just saying it and you would be surprised of the outcome trust me at least it would avoid you the disappointment ;) Good luck
