In a quirky mood

It's mellow, certainly. Not sad, not happy, with a tinge of frustration, and oodles of gratefulness, but overall, it's not a bad mood. I don't know how it came to be, but I know that it's partly due to my resolve to not let anyone interfere with me, or rather my state of mind. I realized that I gave too much attention and care to opinions that don't matter; I have muted the noisy chatter in the background.

Picture a jazzy saloon; foggy, but cold, with amazing mellow music. That's where I am.
