Leading lady

In movies, there's always this scene with an old wise man(or woman), where the hero/heroine get to understand the predicament of their life. I need such a conversation; somebody wise, old and trustworthy to tell me the predicament of my own life, why I am such a mess and what to do to get over it, because I am really truly fed up. I am asking, praying, hoping and wishing for divine intervention, because I feel like I am going to lose my mind.
